Janel O’Malley and Robin Marine, “The Professional Team”, have a combination of 48 years of real estate experience. Janel and Robin, residents of Fredericksburg since 1972 and 1992 respectively, share an in depth knowledge of Fredericksburg and the surrounding counties. Both are Associate Brokers, with Robin holding the realtor designations of GRI, ABR and CRS. Their fields of experience extend from selling “double- wides”, land, single family detached homes , historic real estate, gated communities, upper bracket residences and estates, farms to include horse properties, townhomes and condominiums, as well as age restricted communities. Both realtors are graduates of the Historic Real Estate Program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. As a team, Janel and Robin insure that every client receives all the service needed to complete a real estate transaction. As they are strong believers in not representing both sellers and buyers in the same sale, they do not participate in “dual representation”.
